1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ByteInnovation's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

ByteInnovation provides an AI-powered lead generation platform that identifies, qualifies, and delivers business prospects to our clients. Our services include lead discovery, prospect qualification, market intelligence, and social network integration.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Represent a legitimate business entity
  • Complete our qualification process
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Service Qualification

ByteInnovation reserves the right to review and approve all service applications. We may decline service to any applicant at our sole discretion. Qualification criteria include but are not limited to business legitimacy, compliance requirements, and alignment with our service capabilities.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis with pricing tiers of $40, $50, and $60 depending on the service level selected. Payment terms will be established during the sales process and outlined in your service agreement.

6. Lead Quality and Guarantees

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the qualification criteria established during onboarding. If a lead does not meet agreed-upon standards, we will provide a replacement lead or credit at no additional charge.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process business contact information and market data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is obtained through legitimate business sources and public information.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or spam
  • Harassment or unwanted solicitation
  • Competitive intelligence gathering
  • Reselling or redistributing our data
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and methodologies used in our platform are proprietary to ByteInnovation. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any aspect of our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

ByteInnovation's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. ByteInnovation may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Eagle Pass, Texas.
